How high are the costs in transport logistics?
The freight of a transport via Fritz Group is always determined individually from the freight calculation weight and the distance. In addition, the operating times of the respective vehicle for freight calculation can be relevant for the final price. What types of transportation do you offer?
Within the EU with bordering countries, we at Fritz Group offer land transports in the area of full load, part load and general cargo and direct courier. We are happy to ship your sea freight transports worldwide.
What do you transport? What do you not transport?
In the hazardous goods area, we transport everything except for classes 1 and 7. In addition, we do not perform heavy load transports. You are still not sure whether your transport falls under this? What transportation options do you offer?
The modernly equipped vehicle fleet of the Fritz Group enables a diverse range of services and thus offers the right thing for almost all transport requirements. With the help of our fleet, we work out individual transport options for you, both nationally and internationally.
How long does the transport take?
The transport duration depends on the transported goods and therefore differs from each other. In general cargo transport, an average transport takes between 24 to 48 hours. In cargo transport, depending on the time of the order, you usually receive the goods the next day.
What are the packaging options?
In principle, the shipper of the goods is responsible for the packaging. It should be noted: The goods must be packed in such a way that no danger arises during the transport of the goods. For example, the goods can be transported on Euro flat pallets or in Euro mesh boxes, which are then exchanged.
Do you offer express deliveries?
Yes, of course! You are in a hurry? Then our experts at Fritz Group will be happy to advise you - without obligation, of course! After all, in most areas of Germany there is the possibility of next-day delivery at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. or 12:00 noon. Simply send us an e-mail at info@fritz-gruppe.de. There may be regional restrictions for peripheral areas of Germany.
With the help of our "Track & Trace" systems Order Race, CargoMando and Track & Trace Groupage we offer you the possibility to follow the status of your shipment at any time.
Yes, in principle your goods are insured in accordance with the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp) and the German Commercial Code (HGB) in section 431 with maximum liability limits.
What are the payment options?
We generally handle all our services via payment against invoice. You pay only after you have used our service.
