CO2-Footprint

Fritz Corporate Carbon Footprint
This officially confirms that the method used by the LCL cooperation in order to calculate the shipment-specific CO2 footprint accords to the Europe-wide valid standard, which was developed specifically for the logistics sector. The norm dictates that all greenhouse gases have to be measured and converted into carbon dioxide equivalents (CO2e). Thereby, the calculation also, for example, includes methane, nitric oxides and fluorinated hydrocarbon, in addition to carbon dioxide.
